You can contact MathSouls Tutor during opening hours to discuss your child’s learning needs, class options, or to book a trial session. For convenience, you can also fill out the Contact Form on our website, and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Each MathSouls session runs for two (2) hours, held once a week.

This duration is designed to provide enough time for concept explanation, guided practice, and individual feedback.

All payments must be made in advance, either on a monthly or term basis. After the first session and feedback, parents confirm enrolment by completing payment for the upcoming month or term.

If a class is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance with a valid reason, a make-up class will be arranged. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or non-attendance without notice, will not be refunded or rescheduled.

No, regular MathSouls sessions are not conducted during NSW public or school holidays. However, optional holiday support classes may be offered separately at the same hourly rate for interested students.

Students are required to bring their Cambridge Mathematics textbook, workbook, and personal stationery to every class.

Additional exercises or homework may be given to strengthen understanding of the topics covered in sessions.

At MathSouls Tutor, formal progress feedback is provided to parents at the end of each term, ensuring they stay informed about their child’s growth and performance.

Students are expected to arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions regularly. Consistent attendance helps maintain steady progress and confidence in mathematical concepts.
